Leaders International Recruitment is hiring a qualified Civil QC to join one of the company in Bahrain

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Site Inspections: Conduct daily quality checks on excavation, formwork, rebar, and concrete casting to verify dimensions and alignment.
• Testing: Witness and record field tests (slump, concrete cubes, soil compaction) and verify incoming material test certificates.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Daily Inspection Reports (DIRs), and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Defect Management: Identify non-compliance, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordination: Review shop drawings and method statements alongside site execution teams and client consultants.

المتطلبات

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 3–4 years in civil construction quality control.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read structural drawings and knowledge of concrete technology, soil testing, and building codes (ACI/ASTM/IS/BS).
• Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
