What you’ll do

• Plan, lead, and control procurement and subcontracting activities across projects
• Identify subcontract packages, decide contract types, and track commercial progress
• Prequalify and evaluate vendors and subcontractors on technical, financial, HSE, and quality criteria, and maintain the approved vendor list
• Evaluate proposals, review cost comparisons, and negotiate prices and contract terms
• Ensure compliance with insurance, warranties, performance bonds, retention, and guarantees
• Manage departmental budgets, run monthly P&L analysis, and drive cost optimization
• Review and approve ERP purchase orders and LPOs within delegated authority
• Support Project Management Teams with timely subcontract awards and material availability
• Lead and allocate work to Quantity Surveyors and Procurement Engineers
• Advise the Tendering Division on pricing strategies and cost estimates
• Build and expand a strong, competitive supplier and subcontractor base
