A useful brief names the role, the headcount, where the person sits, and when they need to start. It also says whether the hire is local, overseas, or still undecided.

Leaders uses that brief to choose the right recruitment solution: board-level leadership, senior management, skilled and general workforce, local and overseas hiring, bulk recruitment, or specialist professionals. A clear brief helps us focus the first shortlist.

If Bahrainization applies, say so at the start. If the role is confidential, say that too. The public jobs list is only for openings that can be advertised.
