Apply to a named opening when one fits. Use the general CV form when you want to be considered for future roles. Those are different records.

Send a PDF or DOCX, keep it under 5 MB, and write a phone number that works in Bahrain or in the country you are writing from.

A confirmation on screen means the form was accepted. A recruiter then reads it. The site does not rank CVs automatically.
