What you’ll do

• Strategic & Operational Management: Oversee and coordinate daily multi-functional business operations, ensuring all departments align seamlessly with broader organizational goals.
• Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Manage comprehensive corporate budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to control costs and optimize profitability.
• Business Growth & Innovation: Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to identify fresh market opportunities, introduce innovative ideas, and implement highly effective expansion strategies.
• Program Development: Conceive, launch, and manage corporate engagement programs and unique business initiatives designed to enhance productivity and elevate organizational growth.
• Stakeholder & Network Relations: Serve as a key liaison to build, maintain, and nurture high-value relationships with internal cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Performance & Target Achievement: Drive business objectives proactively, setting clear operational milestones to consistently meet and exceed organizational performance targets.
• Problem Solving & Adaptability: Function as an independent and decisive leader capable of managing complex business hurdles and pivoting operational strategies in fast-evolving environments.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or strategic management role.
• Education & Domain Expertise: Strong professional background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Professional Certifications: Active professional credentials such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification will be considered a distinct and strong advantage.
• Core Capabilities: Demonstrated, deep knowledge of corporate administration, day-to-day business operations, budgeting, and high-level strategic planning.
• Leadership Traits: Exceptional planning, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to changing business environments.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management abilities to effectively interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
