Security Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and authoritative Security Operations Supervisor for a reputed company to oversee security personnel and operations across multiple client sites in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in risk management, team leadership, and client relations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency are consistently met.

What you’ll do

• Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive site surveys and structural risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Workforce Supervision: Oversee guard deployment, daily attendance tracking, and shift management to guarantee absolute operational coverage across all assigned locations.
• Oversight & Response: Execute regular, unannounced site inspections and lead thorough incident investigations, compiling detailed reports for senior management and clients.
• Training & Welfare: Direct the ongoing training, discipline, performance evaluations, and general welfare of the security guard workforce to maintain high morale and strict professional standards.
• Client Relations & Finance: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relations and actively handling invoice coordination and payment follow-ups.

What you’ll bring

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of solid experience in the security sector, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically in a supervisory role managing multiple locations simultaneously.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Ministry of Interior (MOI) Security Licence.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications alongside practical operational knowledge of CCTV surveillance monitoring and access control systems.
• Core Competencies: Outstanding client handling capabilities and meticulous, professional report-writing skills.
• Mobility: A valid Bahrain driving licence is highly preferred to facilitate frequent travel between sites.
